These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CyberTools.cfd ("Service", "Platform", "Website", "Tools") operated by CyberTools ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our 50+ online utilities including PNG to WEBP converter, URL Extractor, Ping tool, DNS Lookup, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.cybertools​

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing CyberTools.cfd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.cybertools​

1.1 Eligibility

1.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via website banner or email (if subscribed).

2. Service Description & Scope

CyberTools.cfd provides 50+ free browser-based utilities across five categories:

• PNG to WEBP, Image Rotate, Grayscale Converter
• YouTube Thumbnail Downloader, etc.

⚙️ Developer Utilities (10 tools):
• JSON Beautifier, HTML Code Editor
• User Agent Finder, Credit Card Validator, etc.

📊 Calculators (5 tools):
• Currency Converter, Age Calculator, BMI Calculator
• Scientific Calculator, etc.

2.2 Service Characteristics

• Client-Side Processing: All operations execute in your browser
• No Server Uploads: Data never leaves your device
• No Registration: Most tools require no account
• Free Access: Unlimited use at no cost (with fair use limits)
• No Guarantees: Provided "as-is" without warranties

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Uses

3.3 Rate Limits & Fair Use

Bulk Processing: 1,000 images / 10MB text recommended
API Requests: 1M/month free tier
Concurrent Requests: 50 simultaneous max
Violation: May result in temporary IP blocking

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Platform Ownership

• Open-source components: Licensed per respective terms
• User content: Remains yours (we claim no ownership)

4.2 User Rights

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

6.2 Limitation of Liability

• Maximum liability: $100 USD or fees paid (whichever less)
• Time limit: Claims within 6 months of incident

6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CyberTools harmless from claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Illegal content processing
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Misuse of tools/services

7. Tool-Specific Terms

7.1 Image Processing Tools

11. Termination & Suspension

11.1 By You

Simply stop using the service. No account deletion needed (no accounts exist).

11.2 By Us

We may suspend/terminate access for:

• Excessive resource consumption
• Security threats
• Legal/regulatory requirements

Notice: 7 days for policy violations (immediate for abuse)

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Jurisdiction

13.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign to affiliates or acquirers.

13.5 Force Majeure

Not liable for delays/failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
